It all started with a dream of making vegan food more widely accepted and mainstream for Calgarians from all walks of life. Darian and Laine opened a food truck in June of 2018, and quickly fell in love with changing peoples’ perceptions of what vegan food should taste like. They wanted to expand on their vision of offering delicious comfort food by pairing it with the experience of dining out and enjoying craft cocktails, local brews, and a warm and inviting atmosphere.
